A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RENOVATIONS COORDINATOR

As the on-site Renovations Coordinator at our beautiful community, you play a vital role in our management team. You ensure that units are upgraded according to specifications. You keep tabs on the construction vendors and outside contractors, and make sure all supplies are ordered and ready to keep the renovations on schedule.  You are a leader, a go-getter, an organizer, a scheduler, a record-keeper, a problem-solver, and a hands-on technician. You love the variety inherent in your job!

Although you thrive on tinkering and making things work, you also feel a sense of accomplishment when completing necessary administrative duties. You coordinate renovations, turn-over residences in a timely manner, and keep supplies and tools orderly. You keep records and communicate with the corporate office, vendors, and contractors. You also uphold the professional reputation of the company through your attention to detail and on-the-job positive attitude. You continue to improve your knowledge and skills and stay motivated to do the highest-quality work at all times. Your take pride in the upkeep of your property.   • Previous maintenance and/or construction experience
